Delivery Policy
Our goal is to give you the best product and that includes delivery.
Orders work as below:
Orders placed before 10 am will be shipped the same day
Orders placed after 10 am will be shipped the next business day (Mon-Fri)
Our shipping options are Courier door to door delivery, Postnet to Postnet and local pick up.
Courier door to door
- For delivery door to door by courier, all shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the area being delivered to.
Once shipped, orders usually take between 2 and 7 days.
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method.
The following is a rough guide for orders up to 1 kg:
Johannesburg and surrounding main areas: 1 to 2 working days, R 75
Main centres: 2 to 3 working days, R 85
Regional centres and small towns: 3 to 5 working days, R 110
Remote areas: up to 10 days, R 130
Postnet to Postnet
For Postnet deliveries, a fixed fee of R100 is charged for shipments up to a maximum of 2 kg. Postnet shipments are only possible if you give us all the details (Postnet name, location, your name etc.).

Currently, pickup is only available from the following location:
